As a life-long student of Asian Movement arts, Dashi teaches and lectures on the healing benefits of Qigong, Taiji Chuan and yoga in Miami and abroad, and is author of 8 DVD and videos on fitness and rejuvenation. Her diverse background in movement and Chinese medicine has given her unique insight into the fundamentals of mind-body integration and energy movement. In her workshops she teaches her students how to relax body and mind, synchronize movement with the breath, and experience movement as a flow of energy through the body.
