Chair Yoga is a gentle style of yoga that offers a safe and effective way to ease back into an exercise program while recovering from illness, injury or surgery, or to encourage those who have not participated in a regular exercise program in the past. This class will teach gentle stretches to regain flexibility, strengthen bones, and improve mobility. Breathing techniques to help cope with the stressful challenges of life will also be introduced.
