Chi Nei Tsang is a Chi Kung (energy) therapy that involves a gentle touching of the abdomen to clear from the internal organs stagnant and congested energies and remove habituated emotional patterns, creating an inner space to facilitate healing and realization. You can use Chi Nei Tsang to heal yourself or to use it to help others heal. The School offers several levels of training and certification.

Connective Tissue Massage - This type of work is focused on the connective tissue, or fascia of the body. The fascia wraps and binds everything in the body, including the nerves, veins, bones, muscles, and organs. Due to surgery, physical injury, poor body mechanics, and a number of other reasons, our fascia can become tightened, or hardened. CTM works to open, lengthen, and liquify these areas of the body. When applied correctly, CTM helps relieve chronic tension, promotes deep relaxation, enhances self-awareness, improves posture and increases range of motion. People tend to feel lighter, longer, and more open throughout their bodies after a session.
I utilize a therapy called Self-Acceptance Healing. This consists of an adaptation of Bioenergetics (in that it is less physically intrusive), Gestalt Therapy, Inner Child/Adult Therapy, Dream work. Self-Acceptance has a primary focus on the body, the intent of which is to make contact with one's self through awareness, focus, compassion, posture, movement and a grounded and boundaried release of suppressed emotion. I also engage in talk therapy which is informed by neo-psychodynamics, some object relations, parenting skills and relationship skills, cognitive techniques, etc. In this eclectic manner, I aim to have a balanced approach which is tailored to each client's unique needs and desires. I have also been running occasional weekend workshops, for those who may benefit from group work.
Nancy Elias is a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist®. She practices a unique combination of talk and touch that works to integrate the emotional and physical bodies. Nancy uses intuition,listening touch,and dialouge to support her clients in healing their spirit so that they can be present with themselves in an authentic and congruent way in the world. RSM was developed by Ilana Rubenfeld in the 60's as a response to the need for integration of body and mind. Her AHA!! is the premier model for current thinking in modern day Holistic Healing.
