My name is Jon Fess, born in Akron, Ohio. I moved to Florida to play professionally. I have received the opportunity to be a part of many musical styles, ranging from jazz and rock, to swing and gospel. With years of developing my own sound and style, I am ready to share my soul and sound with the rest of the world.

A multipercussionist, composer, and educator, River's music has evolved using knowledge and indigenous instruments gathered from research and from travels around the planet. He conducts rhythm and sound exploration workshops throughout the country. Guerguerian enjoys sharing the deep, creative, and rhythmic space from which sound originates.

The thing about trying to describe the band Tunnels is that there doesn't seem to be any single Tunnels sound. Even on an individual song, the band can change gears to radically that what starts out as a straight-ahead if muscular bit of fusion can soon delightfully degrade into a wonderful stew of free-form ensemble improvisation.
